A compact and durable light duty twin tank fryer from the blizzard counter top cooking range. The unit has full stainless steel interior and exterior, mesh batter plate, lid and two baskets supplied with generous six litre tanks. A single tank version is also available.

• To pavement only using a 1 man crew

• On larger units the courier will require customer assistance
