It is the customer's responsibility to ensure goods are ordered correctly and checked and tested on delivery. If the goods are not required on arrival or incorrect due to a mistake made when ordering, providing they are unused, a refund can be processed, less the return carriage and a restocking charge. 

If there is a problem with goods, or goods are damaged, the customer must inform Bottle Coolers Direct Ltd T/A Corr Chilled no later than 24 hours of goods being received.
