The Inomak BSV7300 2 Door Salad Counter has a 3 x 1/1 GN pan capacity with a maximum depth of 150mm. The unit also comes supplied with stainless steel lid to cover the serving area and front serving ledge and full AISI 304 stainless steel build giving the unit a high ambient running temperature, perfect for busy hot kitchens.
