The GP900 compact 2 door prep counter has a lovely granite work surface and prep pan area holding 5 x 1/6 gastronorm pans. Ideal for prepping food at the point of storage. The unit is supplied with adjustable shelves, auto defrosting and fan assisted cooling making this perfect for any commercial kitchen that requires easy food prep. This does not come with gastronorm pans.
