The Foster XR35 Economy Blast Chiller is a superb entry level blast chiller from Foster. With a large 35kg chilling capacity, simple to use controls and easy to clean interior with hard or soft chill options this is a great unit for a kitchen starting out in blast chilling. This blast chiller is capable of chilling food to 3°C from 70°C in 90 minutes.

- Deliveries are made with tail lift to suitable covered point on premises based on a ground floor site with clear access (no steps, stairs or obstacles) and no vehicle restrictions (double yellow lines, etc)
