The Buffalo Single Fryer with Tap comes with a plethora of features, from a stainless steel construction to an adjustable thermostat this unit has it all. The adjustable thermostat allows for complete control, while the thermal and safety cut out offers peace of mind when you're too busy to monitor progress.
