Chocolatey, creamy, nutty and delicious this acai bowl recipe is definitely worth trying. Ideal for breakfast when you want something that tastes good.
For acai bowl
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup (120g) milk
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 3.5-ounce (100g) frozen unsweetened acai packet
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 peanut butter chocolate chip food bar, broken into crumbles
Place banana, milk, peanut butter and cocoa powder in high-speed blender. Run the acai packet under warm water for five seconds, cut it open and drop the frozen mixture inside.
Blend on high speed until well combined. Pour into bowl and top with sliced banana, cacao nibs and food bar crumbles.
