Studio 54 blast chiller freezer with 5 x 1/1 gastronorm capacity. Simple to use and at a very affordable price, perfect for smaller applications where space is limited.

• 304 grade stainless steel interior and exterior
• Temperature control fitted as standard
• Supplied with 2 shelves as standard
• Accepts 5 x 1/1 gastronorm containers (not supplied as standard)
• Simple to use controls - chiller and shock freeze functions are pre-programmed at the factory.
   

• Unit has four functions:
• Blast chiller (+ 70°C to + 3 in 90°C mins)
• Shock freezer (+ 65°C to - 18°C in 240 mins)
• Maintainance at chill temp
• Maintainance at freezer temp
• High ambient operation (37°C )
• 13 amp connection

Deliveries are:

• Free of charge to UK mainland sites
• Made in 3-5 working days from stock
• Mon/Fri-8am/6pm excluding public/bank holidays
• To doorstep only using a 1 man crew

Points to note:

• Booking call made 24-48 hours prior to delivery
• Deliveries will not take place without a booking being made
• On larger units the courier will require customer assistance
• Please check door width/building access before ordering, additional charges will apply for any aborted or unpacked delivery.
• In more outlying areas such as the north of Scotland delivery times may be extended

• Navigation of steps or to upper floor site requiring stair walker equipment.
• Additional crew members for large items
• Old cabinet removal from site and safe disposal
