Available in two sizes, two or three door, the counter features an open top section able to hold gastronorm pans for prepped items, with a stainless steel lid for when not in service. The counter front has a fixed chopping board for easy  food preparation. The unit boasts a bottom mounted compressor to ensure efficient operation and minimum energy usage. With easily replaceable door gaskets and fan assisted operation this unit is ideal for and cafe or sandwich bars wanting to store, prepare and serve food all from one point.

For a versatile two door prep counter that maximise your space, if limited Corr Chilled can recommend the Lincat pizza/sandwich preparation station. The unit come with gastronorm pans options, hinged lid over the preparation area and a font mounted polypropylene chopping board.  The fan assisted cooling ensures a uniform temperature and the LED display gives and accurate temperature readout.  The storage doors below the service are gastronorm compatible and with automatic defrost and water evaporation the unit is easy and hassle free to operate.

The unit is constructed of high grade stainless steel with granite work surface and is supplied with five pizza trays per door section. The separate preparation unit sits on top of the counter with a choice of glass surround or hinged stainless steel lid for protection. The prep units accept ¼ gastronorm containers.
