Thermostatic control allows base heat to be adjusted to suit a variety of food products
Minimum food holding temperature of 72°C
Aluminium surface for energy-efficient heat conduction
Accepts 1/1GN containers (sold seperately)
Robust stainless steel construction
Overhead gantry with halogen heat lamps
Lamps are easy to replace and can be switched off
Toughened glass sneeze screen for hygiene and safety
Optional bain marie adaptor holds 2/3GN containers and comes with pans and lids.

On larger units the courier will require customer assistance

In more outlying areas such as the north of Scotland delivery times may be extended
