All deliveries are made on postcode nominated days
A standard 2 day cut off is observed on all orders. For example, an order placed on Friday for delivery to postcode CM (Chelmsford) will be delivered the following Tuesday.
There are some exceptions to this. An example would be an order placed on Thursday for delivery to postcode TQ (Torquay) will be delivered the following Tuesday, this is a 3 day cut off, some of the more outlying areas of the UK (North Scotland etc) can take up to 4 working days to arrive. If you want more info on delivery times please contact us with your intended delivery postcode.
Telephone orders placed before 12.00pm and Internet purchases placed before 10.00am will be despatched the same day for delivery on the next nominated post-coded day.
Delivery will take place between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday U.K mainland only excluding Bank Holidays
Delivery is made into the premises, providing access is on the ground floor and clear of obstruction, using a two man crew.
