Salamander Grill
The commercial salamander grill is the ideal grill for conventional grilling and food gratination. This grill is ideal for use in restaurants for quick grilling and for finishing dishes. Corr Chilled have commercial grills to suit any size of application whether for light, medium or heavy duty use.
For a versatile, light duty grill Corr Chilled can recommend the Lincat Lynx grill unit. This unit is ideal for grilling a wide variety of foods including meat. With a powerful and robust heating element the grill provides even heat to ensure a maximum output across the element. The grill is provided with safe, stay cool handles, and a toasting rack and grill pan. The durable vitreous enamelled fascia make the unit hygienic and easy to clean. A great all round grill for cafes and pubs.
For a medium duty grill that gives you perfect grilling control the Lincat salamander grill is the ideal choice. Available in two grill sizes the unit can be counter top or wall mounted. The grill hood is height adjustable for real. with height markings and a 20 minute audible timer to put you in real control of your grilling. The unit is also supplied with toasting rack, removable crumb tray and nitrile rubber feet. The grill is also 1/1 gastronorm pan compatible making cooking and serving even easier.
For a grill to meet the demands of a busy restaurant or larger scale cooking operation the Lincat Opus range heavy duty salamander grill will meet the challenge. Available in gas or electric power supply, the grill has high and low heat setting, and easy clean chrome plated wire grill support which also doubles as a toasting rack. The heavy duty reversible cat branding plate provides food branding and the integral fat collection channels take the fat away from the food. The interior and top front exterior are enamelled for an easy clean surface and durable good looks. The unit also has grid protected, ceramic plaque burners for rapid heat up.
