The cooking surface is made from a single piece of cast iron resulting in excellent heat retention and prevents the run off of grease in the body of the unit. The unit features fast heat up from cold and accurate temperature control for great results.

For a robust medium duty griddle the Lincat GS restaurant griddle range offers great result and a choice of sizes and plate types. With four unit sizes available and a choice of either machine plate, or hard chrome cooking surfaces. Both offer a durable cooking surface and excellent heat retention. The unit is fully welded to eliminate dirt traps and has high and low heat settings for controlled cooking. An excellent catering grill.
