Chargrill
Corr Chilled supply a range of chargrill units for use in any commercial kitchen. Char grills are available in two types, gas or electric. These can be supplied for light, medium or heavy duty use. Corr Chilled supply the full range of Lincat chargrill units.
If you are looking for a heavy duty chargrill to withstand the most demanding kitchen environment then Corr Chilled can recommend the Lincat Opus heavy duty Chargrill. The unit is available in either natural gas or LPG or now with electric supply. The unit comes in two grill sizes with a choice of low and high heat settings and separately controlled heated zones for more controlled cooking. The branding plate is easily removable and has four height positions for controlled cooking. The unit is also supplied with a free branding iron lifting tool and cleaning brush. A great char grill for the busy commercial kitchen.
For a medium duty char grill for counter top use Corr Chilled can recommend the Lincat Electric Chargrill. This unit is available in two sizes in 600mm and 900mm grills, with water connection option available for a water bath under the grill area. The cooking area is made from cast ioron providing great heat retentions and the grid provide the authentic chargrilled look to the food. Other features include, temperature safety cut out, splash guards to the side and rear and removable cooking grids for easy cleaning.
