For a stylish cold buffet display Corr Chilled can recommend the Blizzard  cold buffet display. The unit is available in three sizes with 3, 4 and 6 1/1 gastronorm pan capacities. Each display is in finished with wood surround, stainless steel exterior panels and granite serving shelves. The serving area is protected by a sneeze screen and the whole unit is supported by castors with two able to be locked. The unit also has a matching heated version.

For a table to self service display, Corr Chilled can recommend the Lincat self service food, display bar. Five sizes of unit are available and all accept 1/3 gastronorm pans as standard.  The food in the display is held using precise thermostatic control  and the side refrigeration ensures even cooling throughout the length of the unit.  The unit has a low profile design making it easy to blend in with any other counter display and the stainless steel construction ensures the unit looks good but is also hygienic and easy to clean.

For a more practical approach to chilled service the Inomak heavy duty salad display fits the bill. Made from a sturdy stainless steel interior and exterior the unit is also able to with stand high ambient working temperatures. The attractive curved glass canopy over the salad display area has internal illumination and an ambient shelf for additional display.  A great chilled display for any large scale food service application such as school canteen or hotels.
