Corr Chilled’s range of bakery display and patisserie display cabinets offer a great choice for anyone looking to create a professional, attractive display for their chilled sweets, desserts and pastries. Our range offers bakery display serve over counters, and patisserie cabinets to help you create a great display.
Bakery serve over counters are available in a range of sizes from one metre upwards. These displays are supplied with a large chilled deck and upper chilled and ambient shelving. With either flat glass or curved glass fonrtages these patisserie serve overs create an impressive display on three levels, many with pull out drawers to the rear for access to the bottom deck. Corr Chilled supply bakery serve over displays from well known commercial brands such as Mafirol, Infrico and Igloo.
Patisserie display fridges offer a tiered display with full glass surround to effectively showcase the produce inside. With a base shelf and three shelves for display this units are ideal for chilled cakes and pastries, but are also justa as effective to display other products such as sandwiches, drinks and other chilled items. The curved glass frontage creates and impressive display while the sliding rear door provides good access for staff to serve and to re-stock the cabinet. Corr Chilled supply commercial brands such as Frost-Tech, Norpe, Interlevin, Trimco and Alpine.
For more specialist display requirements Corr Chilled provide humidity controlled cabinets for the display of chocolate and delicate confectionary. Similar in design to the standard patisserie display, these units carefully control the temperature inside the cabinet to prevent the produce from spoiling. These units are ideal for specialist chocolate shops. Corr Chilled provide a range of humidity controlled chocolate display cabinets from Mafirol and Norpe.
