For versatile modular cooking solutions the Lincat commercial electric oven allows for a choice of Lincat Silverlink working top to be attached, whether this is an electric boiling top, electric fryer, or chargrill.  The oven itself is available in a solid or glazed door options, with vitreous enamelled interior with easy clean corners and removable side shelf supports also to aid cleaning. The oven has side hinged doors with strong hinges and ball catch to give safe and easy access. A fan assisted or standard option is available with the fan assisted version giving superior heat distribution and rapid cool down feature. An excellent and robust restaurant oven.

If you’re in need of a counter top convection oven for bake-off or roasting use then the Lincat LCO convection oven is an ideal additional to your kitchen. Fan assisted for uniform heat for consistent cooking results this oven has a double-glazed glass door and internal light for safe, energy-efficient operation.  Supplied with two removable chromed rod shelves, vitreous enamelled interior for easy cleaning and robust door hinges and positive door catch the oven is ideal for pubs, clubs or café’s wishing to offer hot food where kitchen space is limited.

If your operation is large scale and you need large amounts of oven space then the Lincat two tier oven is recommended. With two large 8 kW ovens stacked one on top of the other these ovens have large internal capacities and accurate temperature control and are supplied with six chrome plated shelves.
