If you require a little more capacity from your bain marie and a wet heat or dry heat option then the Lincat Silverlink BM3 electric bains marie is the ideal counter top unit for medium duty use. Available as a base unit or with a choice of gastronorm pans, the unit is perfect for holding sauces, gravy and pre-cooked foods for anything up to two hours. With adjustable heat control, simmerstat temperature control and nitrile rubber feet for extra grip on the work surface this unit is a great additional to any busy commercial operation.

For a heavy duty option Corr Chilled can recommend the Lincat Opus heavy duty range of bains marie. Constructed in full stainless steel the unit has accurate thermostatic control to maintain food at a constant safe temperature. The heating elements are easy to clean and come with boil-dry protection. The front has a robust front mounted tap for easy drainage of water. The unit is gastronorm compatible with the 1/1 gastronorm dish but is able to other pans configurations.

For a larger counter unit for busy service areas Corr Chilled can recommend the Inomak heated counter. Available in three counter sizes with either neutral or heated storage cupboard below the main serving area allowing room for holding plated meals or bulk foods.
